These Terms of Use describe the rules that apply when you use the 7PRACTICE mobile application and related services. By using 7PRACTICE, you agree to these terms.
1. About 7PRACTICE
7PRACTICE provides personal-development tools for setting goals, planning actions and milestones, reflecting through journal entries and feelings, and tracking progress. You remain responsible for your goals, decisions, actions, and use of any suggestions presented by the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your email and password, and using the service only through your own account.
You may sign out without deleting your data. You may request permanent account deletion from within the app after completing the required confirmation.
3. Free Service
7PRACTICE may offer access to a free version with limits on certain features or usage. The features included in the Free service may change as the service evolves.
4. 7PRACTICE Premium
7PRACTICE Premium may provide additional features, including unlimited goals and AI-powered coaching for planning, reflection, and progress insights. Available Premium features are described in the app and may be updated over time.
5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple. The subscription price and billing period are shown in Apple’s purchase flow before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the current subscription period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account settings. Canceling prevents future renewals, and Premium access generally remains available through the end of the current paid subscription period.
6. Introductory Free Trial
Eligible customers may be offered an introductory free trial through Apple. Eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary by account and subscription history.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel the trial through your Apple account settings.
7. Restore Purchases
If an active Premium purchase is not appearing, use Restore Purchases from the Subscription area in the app. Restoring purchases does not create a new charge.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI features are optional, may be inaccurate, and may produce incomplete or unsuitable suggestions. Review every response before relying on or accepting it. AI does not automatically modify your account data.
When you explicitly request an AI feature, the information described in the Privacy Policy may be processed by a configured third-party AI provider. Do not submit information you do not want processed for that request.
9. No Professional Advice
7PRACTICE provides personal-development, reflection, and goal-coaching tools. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when you need advice in those areas.
10. Emergencies
7PRACTICE is not an emergency service. If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
11. User Content
You remain responsible for the goals, journal entries, notes, feelings, and other content you enter. Do not use the service to store or submit content you do not have the right to use.
12. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, misuse AI features, or use 7PRACTICE in violation of applicable law.
13. Availability
We work to keep 7PRACTICE available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Access may occasionally be limited by maintenance, technical issues, platform services, or circumstances outside our control.
14. Changes to the Service
Features, limits, and service providers may change as 7PRACTICE develops. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, or support the service.
15. Termination and Account Deletion
You can stop using 7PRACTICE at any time. Deleting the app does not delete your account; use the account-deletion option in the app when permanent account deletion is intended.
Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address unlawful or abusive use, or comply with legal obligations.
Deleting a 7PRACTICE account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through your Apple account settings.
16. Disclaimers
7PRACTICE is provided on an “as available” basis. Personal-development outcomes depend on many factors, and the service does not guarantee that you will reach a particular goal or result.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 7PRACTICE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Apple
Apple processes App Store purchases and manages iOS subscription billing. Your use of Apple services and your Apple account is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Questions about charges processed by Apple may need to be directed to Apple Support.
19. Privacy
The 7PRACTICE Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you use the service.
20. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The Effective Date identifies the current version. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply to your continued use.
