7PRACTICE respects the personal nature of goals, feelings, reflections, and journal entries. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, and handled when you use the 7PRACTICE mobile application and related services.
Information we collect and process
Account information.
When you create a 7PRACTICE account, we process information necessary to authenticate and manage your account, such as your email address and account identifier.
Profile information.
We store profile information you choose to provide, such as your preferred name and app preferences.
Goals and planning information.
We store information you create in the app, including goals, actions, milestones, schedules, completion history, and progress.
Feelings and check-ins.
We store feelings and emotional check-ins that you choose to record.
Journal information.
We store journal entries, reflection categories and lenses, and optional links between journal entries, feelings, and goals.
Subscription information.
If you use 7PRACTICE Premium, Apple and RevenueCat process information related to your subscription and purchase status.
7PRACTICE receives information necessary to determine whether your account has Premium access.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
AI request information.
When you explicitly use an AI-powered feature, information needed to provide that feature may be sent to our configured AI provider.
Depending on the feature, this may include relevant goal information, journal text, selected feelings, or progress information.
AI processing does not occur merely because this information exists in your account.
Technical and service information.
Our service providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, synchronize, troubleshoot, and provide the service, such as application identifiers, subscription identifiers, network requests, error information, and similar operational data.
Device permissions.
If you enable notifications or calendar integration, 7PRACTICE uses the permissions you grant on your device to provide those features.
Calendar and notification permissions are not used to make your private journal entries or feelings public.
How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate and manage user accounts
- save and synchronize goals, actions, journal entries, feelings, and progress
- personalize the in-app experience
- calculate progress, streaks, achievements, and related metrics
- provide reminders and notifications users enable
- provide calendar functionality users explicitly enable

Private journals and feelings
Journal entries and feelings are private account data.
7PRACTICE does not publish journal entries or feelings publicly.
Participation in any future shared-goal functionality does not automatically make journal entries or feelings visible to other users.
If shared-goal features are introduced later, Journal and feelings data should remain private unless the user explicitly chooses otherwise through a separately designed sharing feature.
Artificial intelligence features
Premium users may choose to use AI-powered features such as goal coaching, journal reflection, or progress insights.
AI features are optional and run only when the user explicitly requests them.
When an AI feature is requested, information necessary to fulfill that request may be securely transmitted to the configured AI service provider.
Depending on the feature, this may include:
- relevant goal information
- journal text
- selected feelings
- progress information
- reflection lens or coaching-domain context
AI processing is not automatically performed merely because information exists in a user's account.
When supported by the configured AI provider, 7PRACTICE requests that provider-side storage of AI interactions be disabled for these API requests.
Users should not submit information to an AI feature that they do not want processed for that requested interaction.
AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other licensed professional advice.
